摘要
为筛选出共生亲和性较好的、适合福建地区种植的番茄砧木,本研究以‘贝盈’番茄为接穗,选择‘桂茄砧1号’、‘坂砧18号’、‘托鲁巴姆’、‘科砧1号’等4个砧木品种组成4个嫁接组合,调查嫁接成活率,并与对照组(‘贝盈’实生苗)进行产量、果实品质和抗病性等性状比较。结果表明:4个嫁接组合中,‘托鲁巴姆’ב贝盈’的嫁接成活率最高;‘科砧1号’ב贝盈’的植株长势较好且对品质影响较小,产量显著高于对照组、较对照组增产97.33%,对青枯病、枯萎病、根结线虫病的综合抗性较好,此组合能够满足生产上对‘贝盈’番茄嫁接砧木的要求,可在福建地区进行推广。
In order to select tomato rootstocks with good symbiotic compatibility and suitable for planting in Fujian Province,4 rootstocks combinations with tomato ’Beiying’ as a scion were formed to investigate the survival rate. Their yield,fruit quality and disease resistance were compared with ’Beiying’ as control. The results showed that ’Torubam’×’Beiying’ had a high grafting survival rate among the 4 rootstocks. The plant of ’Kezhen No.1’×’Beiying’ had high vigor and its yield was significantly increased by 141.26% than that of the control. Moreover,this combination had high resistance to bacterial wilt,fusarium wilt and root-knot nematode,and had little effect on quality.’Kezhen No.1’×’Beiying’ could meet the requirements of rootstocks in production,and could be popularized in Fujian.
