子午流注法竹药罐联合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by means of bamboo medicine pot combined with manipulation by meridian flow method

目的探讨子午流注法竹药罐联合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将90例神经根型颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法,分为治疗组A、治疗组B和对照组,各30例。治疗组A采用子午流注法竹药罐联合手法治疗,治疗组B采用普通竹火罐结合手法治疗,对照组采用手法治疗。比较3组患者治疗2个疗程后的临床效果、颈椎病功能状态及肩颈部疼痛情况。结果治疗组A、治疗组B总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组A总有效率明显高于治疗组B(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗后颈椎日本骨科协会评分(JOA)明显上升(P<0.05);治疗组A、治疗组B治疗后颈椎JOA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组A治疗后颈椎JOA评分明显高于治疗组B(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗后肩颈部疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组A、治疗组B治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组A治疗后VAS评分明显低于治疗组B(P<0.05)。结论子午流注法竹药罐联合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效显著,能有效改善颈椎功能状态及肩颈部疼痛情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of meridian flow method by means of bamboo medicine pot combined with manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 90 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment group A,treatment group B and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Treatment group A was treated with meridian flow method of bamboo medicine pot combined with manipulation,treatment group B was treated with ordinary bamboo medicine pot combined with manipulation,and the control group was treated with manipulation.The clinical effect,functional status of cervical spondylosis and shoulder and neck pain in 3 groups were compared after 2 courses of treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group A and B was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment group A was significantly higher than that of treatment group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)of cervical in 3 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);The JOA score of cervical in treatment group A and B was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the JOA score of cervical in treatment group A was significantly higher than that in treatment group B(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)of shoulder and neck pain in 3 groups was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05);VAS score of treatment group A and B was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and VAS score of treatment group A was significantly lower than that of treatment group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The meridian flow method of bamboo medicine pot combined with manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the functional state of cervical spondylosis and pain in the shoulder and neck,and is worthy of clinical application.
