高校物理实验室建设与管理问题及优化对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 高校建设实验室的水平和培养人才的质量以及学校自身的生存发展相关,对于高校来说要想真正落实素质教育和培养创新型人才,一个最有效的途径是实验教学。实验教学不仅能够提高学生的动手操作能力,同时还能够提高学生的思维和创新能力。文章认为高校物理实验室工作人员需要深入研究如何把实验室建设、管理、教学、科研等方面整合在一起,有效提升物理实验设备仪器的利用效率,实现物理实验室资源共享。物理实验室管理水平的提升能够促进高校整体管理和科研水平的提升,同时还能够提升毕业生整体质量,对高校社会声誉和可持续发展有着直接的影响。因此,建设物理实验室是高校培养人才的一个重要手段。 The level of laboratory construction in colleges and universities is directly related to the quality of training talents and the survival and development of colleges and universities.For colleges and universities,the most effective way to truly implement quality education and cultivate innovative talents is experimental teaching.Experimental teaching can not only improve students’practical operation ability,but also improve students’thinking and innovation ability.This paper holds that the staff of college physics laboratory need to deeply study how to integrate the laboratory construction,management,teaching and scientific research,effectively improve the utilization efficiency of physics experimental equipment and instruments,and realize the resource sharing of physics laboratory.The improvement of the management level of physics laboratory can not only promote the overall management and scientific research level of colleges and universities,but also improve the overall quality of graduates,which has a direct impact on the social reputation and sustainable development of colleges and universities.Therefore,the construction of physics laboratory is an important means of cultivating talents in colleges and universities.
