摘要
某船3台柜式空调冷却水泵中的2台在停机后振动反而变得剧烈,文章在测量3台泵的振动速度和速度波形后,通过计算确定了振动激励源,在此基础上对其泵体进行固有频率测量,发现泵的工作转频和系统固有频率接近,并计算阻尼比,从而找出故障原因是共振。
The cooling water pumps of two out of three packaged air conditioners on a ship vibrate more intensely after shutdown. To address the problem, this paper first measures the vibration velocities and velocity waveforms of the three pumps and then determines the vibration excitation source through calculation. On this basis, the natural frequency of the pumps is measured, and the working rotating frequency of the pumps is found close to the natural frequency of the system. Moreover, the damping ratio is also calculated. The cause of the fault is finally identified as resonance.
