在船舶修理过程中,主机曲轴换新大多数的做法是将主机整台吊进船厂车间进行施工,但是对于主轴承为倒挂式半轴承的特殊构造的主机,也可以通过主机不出舱,在机舱内将主机机架吊高,将曲轴从机架下方拆卸下来,吊运进厂,再将新曲轴吊进机舱安装,换新曲轴。文章就“巴扎之星”船主机曲轴换新工艺进行了分析,仅供修船同行参考。

In the process of ship repair,it is common practice to lift the complete main engine to the shipyard workshop for the construction of the main engine crankshaft renewal.Regarding the specially structured main engine whose main bearing is an underslung half-bearing,however,the main engine can stay within the cabin while its frame is lifted.In this way,the crankshaft can be removed from under the frame and transported to the shipyard,and then the new crankshaft is lifted into the cabin for installation.This paper analyzes the procedure of main engine crankshaft renewal for the ship“BAJA STAR”,which can be a reference for ship repair peers.
