摘要
船舶齿轮泵在输油过程中,由于齿轮缺损会导致齿轮泵振动加剧并伴随大量噪声,同时影响齿轮泵供油的稳定。文章针对某型号船舶齿轮泵齿轮损伤问题,提出一种基于电机定子电流信号的故障诊断方法。通过搭建仿真模型,得到在正常状态与齿轮缺损状态下的电流信号,并运用奇异值分解法(SVD)对该故障状态下的电流信号进行处理分析,得到反映其故障的特征频段。分析发现在该故障状态下,部分频段信号幅值相比正常信号会有一定程度的增强或减弱,基于此判断依据可以较简便地辨别这一故障的发生。
During oil delivery to gear pumps of ships,gear defects can intensify gear pump vibration,accompanied by a large amount of noise,and also affect the oil supply stability of gear pumps.This paper proposes a method based on motor stator current signals to diagnose the fault caused by gear damage to a model of gear pumps of ships.After a simulation model is built,current signals are recorded in the case with and without gear defects respectively.Then,the current signals in the fault state are subjected to singular value decomposition(SVD),by which the characteristic frequency band reflecting the fault are determined.In the fault state,the amplitudes of some signals in the frequency band are found to be higher or lower than those of normal signals.Depending on the differences,the fault can be easily distinguished.
