摘要
教育劳动“女性化”是造成男性青少年女性化的重要原因之一。当前,我国教育劳动“女性化”主要表现在教师队伍的“女性化”和家庭教育活动主体的“女性化”两个方面。教育劳动“女性化”存在固有的弊端。女性受教育程度普遍提高的时代背景、女性更适合教师职业的定势思维以及教师职业难以吸引男性加入的职业困境是教师队伍“女性化”的主要原因;“丧偶式”家庭教育盛行、父职履行缺乏督导是家庭教育活动主体“女性化”的主要原因。基于此,为改善教育劳动“女性化”的现状,应改革和完善师范生招生制度、强化教师职业对男性的吸引力、消除社会对教师形象和父亲形象的刻板印象。
The“feminization”of educational labor is one of the important reasons for the feminization of male adolescents.At present,the“feminization”of educational labor in China is mainly reflected in the“feminization”of the teaching staff and the“feminization”of the main body of family education activities.There are inherent drawbacks to the“feminization”of educational labor.The main reasons for the“feminization”of the teaching staff are the background of the general improvement of women′s education level,the stereotype that women are more suitable for the teaching profession,and the professional dilemma that the teaching profession is difficult to attract men to join.The prevalence of“widowed”family education and the lack of supervision of father′s performance are the main reasons for the“feminization”of the main body of family education activities.Based on this,in order to improve the current situation of“feminization”of educational labor,it is necessary to reform and improve the enrollment system of normal students,strengthen the attraction of the teaching profession to men,and eliminate the stereotype of the image of teachers and fathers in society.
