日本社会教育发展及其对我国社区教育的启示

The Development of Social Education in Japan and Its Enlightenment to Community Education in China

中日本社会教育历史悠久,成果丰富,在经济发展、社会进步、国民素质提高等方面起到了十分重要的作用。日本社会教育包罗万象,不同于我国的社区教育,但是日本社会教育也具有区域性和公共性的特点,与我国社区教育相符合。分析日本社会教育开展的途径、内容以及保障措施等成功经验,为我国社区教育的发展提供思路:重视职业技术教育内容;开展中国特色社区教育内容;整合社区教育资源以及为社区教育提供经济与法律保障。在借鉴他国的基础上,将社区教育本土化至关重要。

Japanese social education has a long history and rich achievements,which plays a very important role in economic development,social progress and the improvement of national quality.Japanese social education is all-inclusive,different from Chinese community education,but it also has the characteristics of regional and public,which is consistent with Chinese community education.This paper analyzes t-he successful experience of developing social education in Japan,including the ways,contents and safeguard measures,and provides ideas for the development of community education in China.Developing community education content with Chinese characteristics;Integrate community education resources and provide economic and legal guarantee for community education.On the basis of learning from other countries,it is very important to localize community education.
