摘要
当前,民办高职存在教师流动性大、教师素质偏低的问题,很多民办高职面临着“招人难、用人难和留人难”的窘境。本文从民办高职教师对当前工作满意度情况入手,通过问卷调查、访谈等方法找出影响他们工作满意度的具体因素,以此提出具有针对性的措施,不断发展提升民办高职教师教学工作满意度,去除民办高职教师队伍的不稳定性,促进民办高职的不断向上健康发展。
At present,there are problems of large mobility of teachers and low quality of teachers in private higher vocational posts,and many private higher vocational posts are facing the dilemma of"difficulty in recruiting,employing,and retaining people."This paper starts from the satisfaction of private higher vocational teachers with their current jobs,finds out the specific factors that affect their job satisfaction through questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods,so as to propose targeted measures to continuously develop and improve the teaching satisfaction of private higher vocational teachers,remove the instability of the private higher vocational teacher team,and promote the continuous upward and healthy development of private higher vocational teachers.
