性少数群体社会工作干预中的伦理问题

Ethical Issues of Sexual Minorities in Social Work Intervention—Analysis of Situation Construction and Ethical Dilemma

作为一种未被社会大众所普遍认可的亚文化,性少数群体在努力克服社会环境中的困难的同时,他们中的少数人也会积极或被动地接受社会工作者的介入与帮助,而在此过程中,社会工作者也由于服务对象的特殊性,面临着一些两难的伦理困境。基于此,从情境构建和伦理困境两个方面,梳理描述了社会工作者对性少数群体的一般性工作价值观和伦理,以及实际工作中面临的一些特殊伦理困境。

As a subculture that has not been generally recognized by public,the sexual minority strives to overcome the difficulties in the social environment.Meanwhile,a small number of these people actively and passively accept the intervention and help of social workers.In this process,social workers also face some dilemmas due to the particularity of the service recipients.Based on this,from the two aspects of situation construction and ethical dilemmas,the general work values and ethics of social workers for sexual minorities are sorted out and described,as well as some special ethical dilemmas faced in actual work.
