近年来,赣榆区人民医院坚持党建引领,坚持“围绕中心抓党建,抓好党建促发展”的工作方针,始终将党建工作融入医院改革发展全过程,牢牢抓住公立医院公益性特性,以推行现代医院管理制度为抓手,以提升医疗质量、服务水平为目标,不断提升医院内涵建设,全力推动医院高质量发展,奏响了当地人民群众民生福祉的新篇章。

In recent years,People's hospital of Ganyu District in Lianyungang City has adhered to the guidance of Party construction leading and the working policy of"focusing on Party construction around the center,doing a good job in Party construction and promoting development".It has always integrated party construction into the whole process of hospital reform and development,firmly grasped the public welfare characteristics of public hospitals.Starting from the implementation of modern hospital management system and aiming to improve the medical quality and service level,our hospital has continuously improved the connotation construction of the hospital and fully promoted the high-quality development of the hospital,which plays a new chapter in the people's livelihood and well-being of the local people.
