摘要
目前将电动汽车作为弹性储能参与电网调度的过程中,对用户侧的关注较多的还仅集中于经济性方面,未能充分考虑其参与调度的积极性。本文首先在多角度分析电动汽车用户侧需求的前提下,从出行满意度、充放电转换次数满意度、最终SOC满意度3方面综合定义用户的参与意愿指标,并兼顾经济满意度与负荷特性,提出了融合车主综合意愿的变功率V2G调度策略;其次,以社区居民配电网为研究背景,采用随机游走算法进行求解,验证了所提调度策略的可行性;最后通过在不同电动汽车渗透率下的适应性仿真分析:在略微增加用户的充放电支出下,可稳定保障其参与调度的积极性并改善负荷特性,进一步阐明了调度策略的有效性。
At present,using electric vehicles as flexible energy storage in the process of participating in grid dispatch,more attention of the user side is focused on the economic aspect without fully considering the enthusiasm of participating in dispatching.Firstly,under the premise of analyzing the demand of the electric vehicle user side from such three aspects as travel satisfaction,charge and discharge conversion times satisfaction a as well final SOC satisfaction and with consideration of the economic satisfaction and load characteristics,a variable power V2G dispatching strategy is proposed.Secondly,the distribution network of community residents is taken as the research background,the random walk algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the feasibility of the proposed scheduling strategy is verified.Finally,through the adaptive simulation analysis under different penetration rates of electric vehicles,it is concluded that the proposed dispatching strategy is slightly increased with the charging and discharging expenses of users,the enthusiasm of participating in dispatching can be guaranteed and the load characteristics can be improved.And the effectiveness of the dispatching strategy is further clarified.
