VRLA电池正极板添加红丹的研究

摘要 通过添加红丹铅粉的粒径分析和粒度分布图,添加红丹正极板的XRD谱图和化成各阶段效果图,以及试验电池的初期容量和循环性能,验证了红丹对VRLA电池的有利影响。正极铅膏中添加红丹,可以使蓄电池的初期容量提高3%~5%,提高极板的充电效率,使极板表面充电均匀,有利于控制化成中电池内部温度,达到更佳的化成效果。 The beneficial effect of red lead on VRLA battery was verified by particle size analysis and particle size distribution of lead oxide with red lead,XRD spectra and effect pictures of formation at various stages of positive plate with red lead,and initial capacity and cycle performance tests of the battery.Adding red lead to positive paste can increase the initial capacity of battery by 3%~5%,improve the charging efficiency of plate,make plate surface charging uniform,help to control the internal temperature of battery during formation,and achieve better formation effect.
