摘要
通过模拟重型卡车的充电方式,在25℃分别对14.25V、14.50V、14.75V、15.00V、15.25V、15.50V、15.75V、16.00V的充电电压进行了试验,确定了15.50 V的最佳充电电压。并通过蓄电池循环耐久能力试验发现,用14.25 V(25℃)充电8 h时,循环寿命不足19次,而用15.50 V(25℃)和15.20 V(40℃)充电4 h时,循环寿命均达到180次以上。由此确定,具有220 V逆变输出功能的重型卡车对增强富液式蓄电池的充电方法为:在25℃时,最大输出电压为31.0 V,最大输出电流70 A;当充电过程的电流下降至蓄电池容量的1/22后,再继续充电2 h;之后切换至浮充充电,浮充电压为27.0 V;充电电压的温度校正系数为-40 mV/℃。
The charging voltage of 14.25 V,14.50 V,14.75 V,15.00 V,5.25 V,15.50 V,15.75 V and 16.00 V were tested at 25℃,and the optimal charging voltage of 15.50 V was determined.It was found that when the battery was charged for 8h at 14.25 V(25℃),the cycling endurance life was less than 19 times,and when the battery was charged for 4 h at 15.50V(25℃)and 15.20 V(40℃),the cycling endurance life was more than 180 times.The charging method of the EFB battery for the heavy truck with 220 V inverter output was determined as follows:At 25℃,the maximum output voltage is 31.0 V,the current is 70 A;When the current in the charging drops to 1/22 of the C_(20),the battery will be charged for another 2 h,then switched to floating charging,the floating charging voltage is 27.0 V,and the temperature coefficient of the charging voltage is-40 mV/℃.
