摘要
铅酸电池正极板容易因长大而与相邻的负极板接触,导致短路而失效。AGM隔板可以防止由此所造成的短路,其预防短路的关键在于,在极板的高和宽两个方向上,隔板相对于极板是否有足够的凸出尺寸,以及隔板两边的整齐度(隔板错位程度)。通过采用特殊的测试工装和方法,结合大量的测试数据,分析了2种包封机的包封数据。试验结果表明,无论是在设备的过程能力,还是在标准偏差等其它一些反映包封质量的指标上,两种包封机无太大差异。数据表明,包封设备的过程能力无法满足上、下公差为±2 mm的要求,只有通过调整包封过程和改善包封机才行。
For lead-acid batteries,it will be short-circuit due to contacted between negative plate and positive plate which grow during cycle life.The AGM separator can prevent this problem,the key points:in height and width direction,one is sufficient overlapping,in other side,the overlapping of the two side are symmetrical.Using special tooling and testing method,with too much data,we get the process capability of different equipment,the result showed that whatever process capability,standard deviation and the indication of enveloping quality,there is no difference between two kinds enveloping machine,but the process capability of the equipment is not able to meet±2 mm requirement.To ensure the quality of enveloping process,we must take improvement of the enveloping machine factory.So we can improve the process capability of the enveloping machine.
