一种解决测试锂动力电池FPC采集板FUSE熔断的方法

摘要 由于测试设备故障或者人为误操作引起回路短路,锂动力电池的FPC(柔性电路板)采集板上的保险丝(FUSE)出现远超出额定工况而熔断。FUSE熔断基本无法修复或者修复成本较高,导致锂动力电池报废。为了解决测试过程中FUSE熔断,采用在测试线束中串接电阻进行限流的方法。串接电阻测试回路即使发生短路,产生的电流仍在FUSE额定工况范围内。串接电阻产生的压降通过修正设备参数进行补偿。通过在产线上测试验证,串接电阻可实现保护FPC采集板的FUSE。对测试设备进行补偿,不影响测试结果。 The short circuit current caused by test equipment failure or human human error is beyond the rated working condition of FUSE on the FPC acquisition board.FUSE of lithium power battery is burn out;FUSE is basically unrepairable or the repair cost is very high.Lithium-ion power batteries are scrapped.In order to solve the FUSE failure in the test process,the method of current limiting is adopted by connecting the resistor in the test harness.Even if the short circuit occurs in the test loop,the series resistancestill plays a role in protecting FUSE within the rated operating range of FUSE.The voltage drop generated by the series resistors is compensated by modifying the equipment parameters.Through the test and verification on the production line,the series resistor can protect the Fuse of the acquisition board and take compensation to the test equipment without affecting the test results.
