“躺平”问题的产生有一定的经济条件和社会原因。躺平问题将影响微观经济发展的动力和活力,误解社会主义市场经济的发展,不利于正确看待发展中的问题和矛盾。不能让躺平现象在中国形成一种发展趋势,不能让躺平为所有年轻人所认同,要防范躺平观念的扩散蔓延和代际传播。应针对躺平现象背后的经济社会问题及其体制原因,进一步深化改革开放,加快完善社会主义市场经济体制,加快解决发展不平衡不充分的突出问题,为不断化解社会矛盾创造有利的条件和环境。主要政策思路是深化收入分配制度改革,遏制城市房价过快上涨,推进教育体制改革创新。
