摘要
通过量化分析和质性访谈相结合的方式,探讨了306名大学英语学习者动机减退的诱发因子,并就教学中如何消解这些因子进行了探索。结果发现,外部因子“教师教学行为”“学习环境”“课程内容与设置”和内部因子“学习策略”“学习经历”“学习兴趣”等6类因子是造成大学英语学习者学习动机减退的重要诱因。基于“产出导向理论”,构建大学英语混合式产出导向课堂,能够有效消解动机减退因子,有助于培养学习者的自我管理能力和自主学习能力,实现教、学、用的良性循环。
Based on quantitative analysis and qualitative interview,this paper explores the triggers of demotivation in college English learning of 306 college students,and discusses how to dissolve these influencing factors in teaching.The result shows that six factors,including external factors such as teacher’s teaching behavior,learning environment,teaching content and course setting,as well as internal factors such as learning strategy,learning experience,and learning interest,are the important causes of motivation declination.The construction of production-oriented college English class in blended teaching,based on the theory of production-orientation,can effectively eliminate the motivation declination,cultivate learners’ self-management ability and autonomous learning ability,hence to realize the virtuous cycle of teaching,learning and application.
