老君山散居特困彝族易地扶贫搬迁安置模式研究

Study on the Mode of Poverty-Alleviation Resettlement of Yi people Scattering in Laojun Mountain

易地扶贫搬迁是新时代精准脱贫和乡村振兴的重要路径之一。在对剑川县老君山散居特困彝族易地扶贫搬迁历程实地调研的基础上,重点分析了其主要的搬迁安置模式,揭示了该搬迁模式所促成的居住空间、经济空间、社会交往空间以及政治空间这四个方面的变化。进一步讨论了人文关怀和社区精英动员对边疆深度贫困民族群体稳定搬迁、顺利安置以及后续产业发展路径有效构建的重要意义。

Resettlement for poverty alleviation is one of the important paths for precise poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the new era.Based on the field investigation of the ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation process of Yi people in the Laojun Mountain in Jianchuan County,this article focuses on the analysis of its main relocation and resettlement models,and reveals the changes in four aspects concluding living space,economic space,and social interaction space and political space promoted by the relocation model.And it further discusses the importance of humanistic care and community elite mobilization for the stable relocation,smooth resettlement,and effective construction of follow-up industrial development paths for the deeply impoverished ethnic groups in the frontier.
