摘要 针对白色硅酸盐水泥在大体积混凝土中的应用缺乏研究数据支撑的问题,采用水化热、绝热温升、匹配养护混凝土抗压强度研究白色硅酸盐水泥在大体积混凝土中的应用。结果表明,掺入30%磨细矿渣粉可降低白色硅酸盐水泥放热速率,推迟最大放热速率出现时间;白色硅酸盐水泥与普通水泥相比,开始水化反应早,速度快,水化放热速率高,但最终水化放热量低;掺入30%磨细矿渣粉能有效降低白色硅酸盐水泥混凝土绝热温升速度和最终绝热温升温度;白色硅酸盐水泥混凝土绝热温升比普通水泥混凝土上升更快,最终绝热温升温度相差不大;掺入30%磨细矿渣粉复合胶凝材料配制的混凝土在匹配养护条件下早期抗压强度超过纯白色硅酸盐水泥混凝土;白色硅酸盐水泥混凝土抗压强度约为劈裂抗拉强度的14倍。 In view of the lack of research data support for the application of white portland cement in mass concrete,the application of white portland cement in mass concrete was studied by using hydration heat,adiabatic temperature rise and compressive strength of matched curing concrete.The results show that the addition of 30%ground slag powder can reduce the heat release rate of white portland cement and delay the maximum release heat rate time.Compared with ordinary cement,white portland cement has earlier hydration reaction,faster hydration speed,higher hydration heat release rate,but lower final hydration heat release.Adding 30%ground slag powder can effectively reduce the adiabatic temperature rise rate and final adiabatic temperature rise of white portland cement concrete.The adiabatic temperature rise of white portland cement concrete is faster than that of ordinary cement concrete,and the final adiabatic temperature rise has little difference.The early compressive strength of concrete mixed with 30%ground slag powder composite cementitious material under matching curing conditions exceeds that of pure white portland cement concrete.The compressive strength of white portland cement concrete is about 14 times the split tensile strength.
