摘要
以工业化预制装配式建筑“集成打包箱式房屋”为研究对象,进行全生命周期的碳排放研究。将其全生命周期划分为5个阶段,并采用碳排放因子确定各阶段碳排放计算方法;以年单位建筑面积碳排放量作为碳排放计算指标,进行实例分析,并与其他类型建筑进行对比分析。结果表明,集成打包箱式房屋全生命周期碳排放量低于其他结构类型,这主要与建筑性质、用途结构类型及钢材的回收利用系数较高等因素有关;不同结构类型建筑全生命周期各阶段碳排放占比基本保持一致,均为使用阶段占比最大,其次是生产阶段,施工阶段与拆除阶段占比最小。
Taking the industrialized prefabricated building“integrated packaged box house”as the research object,the carbon emission research of the whole life cycle is carried out.The whole life cycle is divided into 5 stages,and the carbon emission factor is used to determine the carbon emission calculation method of each stage.The annual carbon emission per unit building area is used as the carbon emission calculation index to conduct example analysis,and it is compared with other types of buildings.The results show that the carbon emission in the whole life cycle of the integrated packaged box house is lower than that of other structural types,which is mainly related to factors such as building properties,uses,structural types and high steel recycling coefficients.The proportion of carbon emissions in each stage of the whole life cycle of different buildings types is basically the same,and the proportion of carbon emissions in the use stage is the largest,followed by the production stage,and the construction stage and the demolition stage have the smallest proportions.
