某柱面网壳结构钢渣堆放棚杆件变形分析与安全性评估

摘要 为了解某柱面网壳结构钢渣堆放棚杆件变形原因,开展现场检测和承载力验算分析,评估杆件变形对结构安全性的影响,并根据评估结果提出相应的修缮改造措施,以保证整体结构安全。研究结果表明,当钢渣容重较大时,室内堆场地坪堆载超过地基承载力;堆场内、外地基差异沉降导致堆场周围混凝土挡土墙产生了一定程度的变形;受堆场地基沉降影响,网架支座基础产生了一定水平位移和不均匀沉降;杆件变形是由室内堆场地基沉降导致的网架支座位移引起的,对结构安全性具有一定影响。为保证结构安全,需采取一定措施进行修缮改造,如对山墙网架支座进行处理,以减小下部地基不均匀沉降对上部网架结构的影响;对山墙网架进行改造,以释放山墙结构对主体网壳的竖向约束,避免山墙沉降对主体结构造成影响。 In order to research the causes of rod deformations of a cylindrical lattice shell steel-slag storage shed,on-site testing and load-bearing capacity analysis were carried out to assess the impact of rod deformations on structural safety performance,and retrofitting measures were proposed according to the assessment results to ensure structural overall safety.The research results show that when the steel slag weight is large,the indoor shed floor stacking load exceeds the foundation bearing capacity.The differential settlement of the foundation inside and outside the shed leads to a certain degree of deformation of the concrete retaining wall around the shed.Affected by the settlement of the foundation of the shed,the foundation of the grid support produces a certain horizontal displacement and uneven settlement.The rod deformations were caused by support displacement due to indoor shed foundation settlement,while there are certain defects in the safety performance of the structure.In order to ensure structural safety,certain measures need to be taken to retrofit and renovate,such as treating the support of the gable wall grid to reduce the impact of uneven settlement of the lower foundation on the upper grid structure,and renovating the gable wall grid to release the vertical restraint of the gable wall structure on the main grid shell and avoid the impact of the settlement of the gable wall on the main structure.
