摘要
华龙一号核电站汽轮机基座运转层平台主体结构由5道横梁和2道纵梁组成,平台支撑在汽轮机基座框架柱及柱顶牛腿弹簧隔振器上,为大型重载动力基础。通过采用异形模板模块化施工技术、高精度预埋件安装技术、混凝土一次成型技术等,保证模板、预埋件、弹簧隔振器安装精度及混凝土浇筑质量,达到良好施工效果。
The platform main structure of steam turbine base operation layer for HPR1000 Nuclear Power Plant consists of 5 cross beams and 2 longitudinal beams.The platform is supported on the frame column of steam turbine base and the spring shock absorber on the column top corbel,which is a large and heavy-duty power foundation.By adopting the modular construction technology of special-shaped formwork,the installation technology of high-precision embedded parts and the one-step concrete forming technology,etc.,the installation accuracy of formwork,embedded parts,spring shock absorbers and the quality of concrete pouring are ensured,and good construction effect is achieved.
