摘要
“非遗”翻译具有理据性、系统性、实用性及服务性等特点,要求译者具备基本能力、文化素养、艺术审美素养、语言生态意识以及信息素养等五个方面的能力。在拉斯韦尔的5W线性传播模式的理论框架下,基于海派花丝镶嵌技艺的文本英译实践,构建了传统技艺类“非遗”翻译能力模型,是提高“非遗”的外译水平的有益尝试。
The translation of intangible cultural heritage(ICH), which is strongly motivation-based, systematic, practical and service-oriented, requires five spheres of abilities in the translators, i.e. core competence, cultural awareness, aesthetics, ecolinguistic consciousness and IT competence. Under the theoretical framework of Harold Lasswel’s 5 W Linear Communication Model and based on the translation practice of Shanghai-style filigree inlay, an ICH Translation Competence Model for traditional Chinese crafts is constructed in order to improve the translation level of intangible cultural heritage.
