摘要
十八至十九世纪西方职业生涯思想丰富,体现在众多个学科的学者思想中。其中在经济学家的思想里体现在分工理论和简单劳动与复杂劳动的划分上,在社会学家体现在职业社会学上,在哲学及政治学家体现在职业选择、职业兴趣、分工等问题上,在早期管理学家则表现出明显的反职业生涯思想倾向。这些是现代西方职业生涯思想理论的重要渊源。
From the 18 th to the 19 th century,western career thought was represented in the thoughts of scholars from many disciplines.Economists’career thoughts included the theory of labor division,and that of the simple and complex labor distinction;sociologists’ones included occupational sociology;philosophers’and politicians’ones included career choice,career interests,and work division;early managements’ones showed the obvious anti-career thought.These are the important sources of modern western career theories.
