摘要
为了优化医生问诊流程和提升患者看病体验,构建智能预问诊系统,探索推进智能化技术在医疗领域的应用,预设问诊流程,通过对预问诊模型进行门诊病历数据的训练,将预问诊结果同步至门诊电子病历,构建面向患者的智能预问诊系统。回顾性研究对比分析智能预问诊系统在医院的应用情况,统计分析医生看诊时间与病史完整情况,与对照组相比,智能预问诊系统可使医生平均书写病历时间缩短1 min,且门诊病历完整度提升了3%。智能预问诊系统通过前置辅助医生问诊环节,有效提升医生诊疗效率与门诊病史质量,有利于促进医院智慧服务一体化高效发展。
In order to optimize the doctor’s diagnosis process and improve the patient’s experience of seeing a doctor,an intelligent pre-consultation system is constructed to explore and promote the application of intelligent technology in the medical field.The diagnosis process is deployed in advance.Through the training of pre-consultation system model,which is based on medical record data,and synchronizing pre-consultation results to electronic medical record system,the patient-oriented intelligent pre-consultation system was constructed.The application of intelligent pre-consultation system in hospital was analyzed,retrospectively.According to the statistical analysis of the time that doctors write medical records and the integrity rate of medical record,comparing with the control group,the time is shorten by 1 minute and the integrity rate is promoted by 3%with the use of the pre-consultation system.The application of intelligent pre-consultation system enables to improve the efficiency of doctor’s diagnosis and the quality of medical record by bringing the doctor’s consultation process forward.The application of this system is beneficial to promote the development of hospital intelligent services integration.
