摘要
为解决柬埔寨电力供需矛盾,对柬埔寨国内整体区域进行需电预测及供需平衡计算,分析组成电网的各电源供需缺口,结合“统筹兼顾、综合利用,因地制宜、合理布局,生态优先、审慎开发”的水电规划原则,提出了水电规划布局初步方案,初拟在2035年前规划建设13座水电站,总装机1631 MW。研究结果表明:柬埔寨水力资源开发潜力较大,需重点开发建设用户端较集中且可就近上网供电的大中型水电站,且应优先开发水力资源较丰富且具备调节能力的大中型骨干水电站。
In order to solve the contradiction between power supply and demand in Cambodia,prediction and sup⁃ply-demand analysis of Cambodia's domestic power generation resources were conducted to analyze the supply-de⁃mand gap of various power sources in the national power gird for meeting the national energy resources strategy.Based on the hydropower development principle of“overall planning,comprehensive utilization,taking measures ac⁃coding to local condition,rational layout,ecology priority,prudent development”,the initial plan to build 13 hydro⁃power stations with a total installed capacity of 1631 MW before 2035 was put forward.The analysis results showed that the development potential of hydropower resources in Cambodia is large,so it is necessary to focus on develop⁃ing and constructing large or medium-sized hydropower stations nearby users and grid for power supply,and priority should be given to the development of large or medium-sized backbone hydropower stations with abundant hydro⁃power resource and regulation performance.
