老挝天空地一体化水雨情数据监测系统集成及应用——以老挝国家水资源信息数据中心项目为例

摘要 为满足老挝水雨情数据的监测需求,老挝建设国家水资源信息数据中心项目,建立了老挝天空地一体化水雨情数据监测的系统。以4G物联网络和北斗卫星网络为依托,进行了天空地一体化的水雨情数据监测系统设计。设计了以STM32-CortexM3微控制芯片为核心和以μC/OS-II实时操作系统为系统内核的硬件层,并介绍了系统功能的实现。结果表明:该系统在老挝项目中的实施运用,有效加强了老挝水文水资源监测预警能力。 In order to build Laos National Water Information Center,a system for integrated water and rain data monitoring of the sky and ground in Laos was established to meet the monitoring needs of water and rain data in the complex environment of Laos.Based on 4G Internet of Things and the Beidou satellite network,the design of an in⁃tegrated air-space-land water and rain data monitoring system as proposed The hardware layer was designed with STM32-CortexM3 micro-control chip as the core andμC/OS-II real-time operating system as the system kernel.The realization of the system function is introduced.The implementation and application of this system in Laos proj⁃ect has effectively strengthened Laos'hydrological and water resources monitoring and early warning capabilities.
