水电站电气二次智能设计平台研究与应用

摘要 为提升水电站电气二次专业出图质量与效率,深入研究了国内外相关设计平台,提出并设计了一种用于水电站的电气二次智能设计平台。该平台从设计人员的实际需求出发,采用信息化手段解决电气二次设计过程中的低效率环节,基于私有云服务及数据挖掘技术,实现了从人海战术到数据跑路、从拼体力到拼算力的转变,在设计校核智能化、成果标准化、交付一体化方面取得较大成效。该平台已成功应用于多个大型水电站工程,取得了良好的社会经济效益。 In order to improve quality and efficiency of electrical secondary drawings,the domestic and foreign rele⁃vant design platforms were deeply studied,and an electrical secondary smart design platform suitable for hydropow⁃er station was proposed and designed.Starting from the actual needs of designers,the platform was committed to us⁃ing information technology to solve the inefficient links in the electrical secondary design process.Based on private cloud services and data mining technology,it could realize data running from huge-crowd strategy,the change of computing power from physical strength,and great achievements have been made in smart design and verification,standardization of results,and integration of delivery.The platform has been successfully applied to many largescale hydropower stations andgood social and economic benefits has been achieved.
