两部制电价制度下施工用电价格计算方法研究--以滇中引水工程大理Ⅰ段为例

摘要 为准确计算两部制电价制度下施工用电预算价格中的电网供电价格,以现行水利工程概(估)算编制规定为基础,针对两部制电价提出了依设计深度不同而不同的电网供电价格计算方法。同时以滇中引水工程大理Ⅰ段为实例,分析了长距离隧洞调水工程施工用电价格的计算方法。结果表明:两部制电价制度下不同计算方法对施工用电价格计算结果影响较大。在实际工作中应根据具体情况仔细分析确定计算方法,合理确定施工用电价格。 In order to accurately calculate the grid power supply price in the construction power budget price under the two-part electricity price system,different calculation methods of grid power price are proposed as the design depth changing according to the characteristics of the two-part electricity price policy.Meanwhile,based on Dali section I of Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project,the calculation methods and characteristics of power price for long-distance tunnel construction are analyzed.The research results indicate that:different calculation methods heavily influence the results of power price for construction.In order to have a fair price,we should carefully ana⁃lyze and select power price calculation method according to the specific situation.
