南水北调中线工程穿跨邻接项目安全影响评价探析

Research on safety impact assessment of projects crossing canal of Middle Route Project of South-North Water Diversion

南水北调中线工程沿线社会经济发展迅速,穿跨项目数量不断增加,给中线工程运行和风险控制提出了更高要求。基于中线工程特点,研究了南水北调中线干线工程穿跨邻接项目安全影响评价的工作重点,分析了穿跨邻接项目必要性和符合性,以及工程布置、中线工程建筑物、施工等方面安全影响评价等重点内容,并结合穿跨项目的工程实践,分析了典型工程施工的风险控制点。研究成果可为类似工程的安全影响评价工作提供参考。

In recent years,the local economy along Middle Route Project of South-North Water Diversion develops rapidly,which leads to the continually increasing of the projects crossing the canal,and a higher requirement of the operation level and risk control of the Middle Route Water Diversion Scheme.Based on the characteristics of the Middle Route Water Diversion Scheme,the key work of safety impact assessment of the projects the canal of Middle Route Project of South-North Water Diversion is researched,and the key contents of safety impact assessment of the necessity,conformity,project layout,structure and construction are analyzed.The construction risk control points of the typical projects are analyzed with the engineering practice of the projects crossing the canal to provide reference to the safety impact assessment of the similar projects.
