摘要
花凉亭水库于2016年7月和2020年7月先后达到了水库历史最高水位,在经受了洪水考验的同时也暴露出下游坝脚存在局部渗水渗砂安全隐患。结合现场地质勘察成果,通过安全监测资料分析以及二维和三维渗流有限元计算分析,对大坝渗流安全进行了系统性研究。结果表明:大坝渗流设施完善,但存在左坝肩绕渗、左侧山体地下水补给影响、坝脚排水棱体反滤失效等安全隐患。
Hualiangting Reservoir successively experienced the historical highest water level in July 2016 and July 2020 respectively.Although the dam has withstood the test of flood,it has also exposed the hidden danger of water seepage and sediment seepage at the downstream dam foot.Based on the results of geological investigation,the anal⁃ysis of safety monitoring data,and the finite element analysis of 2D and 3D seepage,the seepage safety of dam was systematically studied in this paper.The results showed that:the seepage facilities of the dam were complete,but there were also some hidden troubles such as left dam abutment seepage,groundwater recharge of the left side of the mountain,draining prism filter failure,etc.
