皮革企业推行5S管理的研究

Research on the Implementation of the 5S Management in Leather Enterprises

皮革企业成功推行5S管理的关键有三个方面:一是领导重视,常抓不懈;二是明确5S管理的归口部门,牵头做好5S管理的规划/培训/落实/跟踪/检查/整改/奖惩/总结表彰等系统性工作;三是建立健全5S管理机制。文章详细阐述了五个方面的观念及推行措施,包括“整理的观念及推行措施”“整顿的观念及推行措施”“清扫的观念及推行措施”“清洁的观念及推行措施”“素养的观念及推行措施”。皮革企业可根据各自实际情况,参考构建5S管理的观念及推行措施,选择性建立健全对应的标准化程序制度,实现皮革企业高质量发展。

The keys to a successful implementation of 5S management in leather enterprises are threefold:first,the continuing attention from the leadership;second,the clear establishment of a department in charge of the 5S management,who will lead the planning/train/implementation/follow-up/inspection/rectification/rewards and punishments/summary and commendation,and other systematic work of the 5S management;third is the establishment and refinement of the 5S management system.The author elaborated on the five S’s and implementation measures,including"the concept of sort and implementation measures,""the concept of set in order and implementation measures,""the concept of shine and implementation measure,""the concept of standardize and implementation measures,"and"the concept of sustain and implementation measures."Based on their actual situations,leather enterprises can refer to these five concepts and the implementation measures,then selectively establish and refine a standardized procedural system to achieve high-quality development.
