摘要
目的调查宁夏地区医疗机构口腔诊疗器械清洗消毒灭菌现状,为科学改进洗消能力提供依据。方法采用统一培训和现场调查法,对宁夏地区10家综合医疗机构口腔科和30家民营口腔诊所的口腔诊疗器械清洗消毒灭菌现状进行调查,用Excel软件建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果综合医疗机构口腔科设施配备率平均90%,民营口腔诊所平均76.94%;综合医疗机构口腔科清洗消毒灭菌监测率平均80%;民营口腔诊所平均35.84%;综合医疗机构口腔科清洗消毒灭菌工作人员专业培训及知识掌握率平均84%,民营口腔诊所平均78.67%。结论为确保医疗质量提高及保障患者安全,应进一步加强宁夏地区口腔诊疗机构院内感染控制监管力度,强化制度建设、硬件设施投入及人员培训。
Objective To investigate the current situation of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of dental devices in medical institutions in Ningxia,and to provide a basis for scientific improvement of decontamination ability.Methods Using unified training and on-site investigation methods,the current situation of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of dental devices in stomatology departments of 10 general medical institutions and 30 private dental clinics in Ningxia was investigated,and Excel software was used to establish a database and conduct statistical analysis.Results The average allocation rate of equipment in the stomatology departments of general medical institutions was 90%,and the average rate of private dental clinics was 76.94%.The average monitoring rate of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization in stomatology departments of general medical institutions was 80%,and the average rate of private dental clinics was 35.84%.The average rate of professional training and knowledge acquisition of staff was 84%,and the average rate of private dental clinics was 78.67%.Conclusion In order to ensure the improvement of medical quality and the safety of patients,the supervision of nosocomial infection control in dental clinics in Ningxia should be further strengthened,and the system construction,hardware facilities investment and personnel training should be strengthened.
