新冠肺炎疫情期间消毒供应中心的管理现状调查

Investigation on the current status of central sterile supply department management during the COVID-19 pandemic

目的调查消毒供应中心(CSSD)在新冠肺炎疫情期间的管理现状,为规范特殊感染器械的流程管理提供参考。方法采用自行设计问卷调查分析2019年12月—2020年4月116个CSSD应对新冠肺炎疫情期间的管理现状。结果113个(97.41%)CSSD遵循标准职业防护,62个(53.45%)CSSD人员手卫生依从性100%;110个(94.83%)、9个(7.76%)CSSD分别有流程培训、流程演练;41个(35.35%)CSSD在使用科室消毒预处理污染器械,114个(98.28%)CSSD正确选择消毒剂;112个(96.55%)CSSD有污染器械处置流程,83个(71.55%)、88个(75.86%)、100个(86.21%)、66个(56.90%)CSSD分别设置了清洗专岗、清洗专区、专用清洗工具、专用清洗设备;94个(81.03%)、104个(89.66%)、65个(56.03%)CSSD分别对清洗设备、工作台面、回风口过滤网实施终末消毒,91个(78.45%)CSSD每次处理污染器械后采用空气消毒。结论CSSD在新冠肺炎疫情期间,标准防护和手卫生未全员覆盖,人员培训方式有待完善,特殊感染器械的流程控制需进一步优化。

Objective To investigate the current state of central sterile supply departments(CSSD)management during the COVID-19 pandemic,and to provide reference for standardizing the process management of special infectious devices.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to analyze the management status of 116 CSSDs during the COVID-19 pandemic from December 2019 to April 2020.Results 113(97.41%)CSSDs followed the standard occupational protection,62(53.45%)CSSDs had a hand hygiene compliance rate of 100%;110(94.83%)and 9(7.76%)CSSDs had process training and process drill,respectively;41(35.35%)CSSDs were using the pretreated contaminated instruments in departments,and 114(98.28%)CSSDs correctly selected disinfectants;112(96.55%)CSSDs had a process for disposing of contaminated instruments,and 83(71.55%),88(75.86%),100(86.21%)and 66(56.90%)CSSDs had set up specialized cleaning posts,cleaning areas,cleaning tools and cleaning equipment,respectively;94(81.03%),104(89.66%)and 65(56.03%)CSSDs performed terminal disinfection for cleaning equipment,worktables and air return filters,respectively,and 91(78.45%)CSSDs used air disinfection after each treatment of contaminated instruments.Conclusion During the COVID-19 pandemic,standardized protection and hand hygiene are not fully covered in all staff of CSSDs,and the training methods of staff need to be improved.The process control of special contaminated equipment need to be further optimized.
