透影瓷的透光性能及影响因素分析

摘要 一定的透影性能,不仅能够赋予瓷器晶莹剔透的美感、透光见影的效果,而且在一些照明设备与显示领域也有重要的实用性能。采用考证实验法,通过试烧实验、XRD、SEM及XRF等测试分析,研究了坯体厚度、烧成温度等对景德镇白瓷泥料瓷胎透光性能的影响,并且从化学组成、物相、显微结构等方面探讨了透影瓷的透光机理。结果表明:当瓷胎厚度为2.00 mm时,随着烧成温度的提高,在可见光区域,样品透光率呈先增长后减少的趋势;当烧成温度为1330℃时,样品的透光度达到6.80%,呈最大值。研究发现,瓷胎的透光性是其内部莫来石晶相和气泡大小、种类、含量与分布的综合影响,这也是其在烧成过程中呈峰值变化的主要因素。 The certain transparent performance not only give porcelain crystal clear beauty and the effect of light transmission and shadow,but also have important practical performance in some lighting equipment and display fields.In this paper,effects of the firing temperature and the thickness of the body on the light transmittance of Jingdezhen white porcelain is studied by means of textual research experiment,trial firing experiment,XRD,SEM and XRF.And the light transmittance mechanism of transparent porcelain is discussed from the aspects of chemical composition,phase and microstructure.The results show that when the thickness of porcelain body is 2.00 mm,with the increase of firing temperature,the light transmittance of the sample increases first and then decreases in the visible light region;When the firing temperature is 1330℃,the light transmittance of the sample reaches 6.80%,which is the maximum.It is found that the light transmittance of porcelain body is the comprehensive influence of mullite crystal phase and bubble size,type,content and distribution,which is also the main factor of peak change in the firing process.
