Mao Zedong’s Unique Demonstration of Historical Materialism:A Comment on the Revolution of 1911

纵观毛泽东汗牛充栋的文本群我们会发现,毛泽东以多种不同的方式对辛亥革命进行了评论、阐述和界定。更重要的是,这些评辛亥革命的理论话语彰显了毛泽东对唯物史观的科学领悟和准确把握:毛泽东对马克思主义阶级斗争学说进行强调与运用,对马克思主义群众史观积极应用与拓展,以及对人类社会历史总体特征加以强调和阐明。因此,我们应当从马克思主义唯物史观的高度解读毛泽东对辛亥革命的深入思考、精彩论述与科学评价。

A review of Mao Zedong’s works shows that Mao Zedong commented,elaborated and defined the Revolution of 1911 in many different ways.More importantly,these theoretical discourses on the Revolution of 1911 demonstrated Mao Zedong’s scientific and accurate understanding of historical materialism:Mao Zedong emphasized and applied Marxist theory of class struggle,actively applied and expanded Marxist mass conception of history,and emphasized and clarified the overall characteristics of human social history.Therefore,we should interpret Mao Zedong’s in-depth thinking,brilliant exposition and scientific evaluation of the Revolution of 1911 from the height of Marxist historical materialism.
