疫情期间高校流动党员管理中的问题与应对策略

Problems and Countermeasures in the Management of Mobile Party Members in Colleges and Universities in the Epidemic Period

疫情对高校流动党员管理带来了严峻挑战,但同时也是一次完善流动党员管理体制机制的重要机遇。疫情期间,高校少数流动党员存在组织观念不强、管理体制存在薄弱环节、组织关系转接困难、管理手段相对滞后和管理工作难以落实等问题。为更好应对疫情的挑战,在将传统手段与现代手段相结合、线上线下联动纳入管理原则的基础上,创新管理理念,加强对高校党员特别是流动党员进行党性教育,完善高校流动党员管理体制机制,建立健全并充分利用高校流动党员管理动态数据采集与分析平台建设,通过教育和培训提升管理主体的管理技能和水平,是当前加强高校流动党员管理的内在要求。

The epidemic has brought severe challenges to the management of mobile Party members in colleges and universities,but it is also an important opportunity to improve the management system and mechanism of mobile Party members.In the epidemic period,the mobile party members in colleges and universities present problems such as weak organizational concept,weak links in management system,difficulties in the transfer of organizational relations,relatively backward management means and difficult implementation of management work.To better response the challenges of the epidemic,based on the combination of traditional and modern methods,online and offline management,we should innovate the management idea,and strengthen the party members,especially the mobile party members in colleges and universities with party spirit education.To improve the management system mechanism,a sound management platform for data collection and analysis should be established and be made full use of in management.To enhance the management skills and level of the management subject,education and training is the internal requirement of strengthening the management of the mobile Party members in colleges and universities.
