高师院校音乐专业学生对钢琴课程质量的满意度研究

A Study on the Satisfaction of Music Majors in Normal Colleges and Universities with the Quality of Piano Courses

运用案例研究法考察当代中国高等师范院校音乐专业学生对钢琴课程质量的满意度现状。调查结果表明:学生期望对质量感知存在直接正向影响;学生期望对价值感知存在显著性影响;学生期望通过价值感知、质量感知对学生满意度存在直接正向影响;学生期望以质量感知和价值感知为中介并行直接影响学生满意度;价值感知对学生满意度存在正向影响。

This research focuses on music majors’satisfaction with piano courses in normal colleges and universities.It has been found that overall music majors are satisfied with the quality of piano courses.More specifically,students’expectation influences their perceived quality of the course in a direct and positive manner.It also produces significant influence on students’perceived value of the course.Furthermore,by affecting perceived quality and value,students’expectation also affects their satisfaction degree in a direct and positive way.Meanwhile,quality perception and value perception produce parallel meditation effect between students’expectation and their satisfaction degree.Value perception exerts positive influence on students’satisfaction degree.
