改良手术剪切开联合红升丹治疗低位肛瘘48例疗效观察

Incision with Reformed Scissors Combined Hongshengdan for Externally Dressing in the Treatment of Low Anal Fistula:Effect Observation on 48 Cases

目的:探讨改良手术剪切开联合红升丹外敷治疗低位肛瘘的临床效果。方法:将96例低位肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。观察组采用改良手术剪切开联合红升丹外敷治疗,对照组采用低位瘘管切除术治疗。观察比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、住院时间、愈合时间及疗效。结果:观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,术后36h疼痛、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及平均愈合时间均明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:与低位瘘管切除术相比,改良手术剪切开联合红升丹外敷治疗低位肛瘘疗效确切,可明显减少手术时间,减轻患者疼痛,加速创面愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of incision with reformed scissors combined with Hongshengdan(a TCM formula)for externally dressing in the treatment of low anal fistula.Methods Randomly divided 96patients with low anal fistula into observation group(48cases,treated with incision with scissors plus Hongshengdan for externally dressing)and control group(48cases,low resection of fistula tract),observed and compared both group’s operating time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative pain intensity,hospitalization stay,healing time,as well as effect.Results In curative rate;and,in pain intensity 36hrs after surgery,operating time,intraoperative bleeding volume,hospitalization time,and average healing time,observation group was respectively higher than,and superior to control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to resection of low fistula tract,incision with reformed scissors for incision combined with Hongshengdan for externally dressing in the treatment of low anal fistula has determined effect,can significantly shorten operating time,relieve patients’ suffering,and accelerate wound-surface healing,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
