双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的疗效观察

Effect Observation on Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablet in the Treatment of Infantile Antibiotics-related Diarrhea

目的:观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的疗效。方法:选取2016年6月至2021年7月就诊本院的小儿抗生素相关性腹泻患儿300例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上加服双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,干预1周后,比较2组患儿的疗效、腹泻持续时间、住院时间以及免疫功能指标。结果:治疗1周后,观察组患儿的总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患儿的腹泻持续时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患儿的IgM、IgG、IgA水平均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿抗生素相关性腹泻,不但可以缩短患儿的住院时间及腹泻时间,而且还能改善其免疫功能,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablet(BBTV tablets)in the treatment of infantile antibiotics-related diarrhea(IARD).Methods The 300IARD pediatric patients treated in authors’ hospital from 2016-06to 2021-07were randomly divided into control group(150cases,routine therapy for one week)and observation group(150cases,routine therapy plus BBTV tablets for one week);then,both groups’ patients’ effect,diarrhea lasting time,hospitalization stay,and immuno-function norms,were compared with each other.Results One week after treatment in total effective rate;in the time for diarrhea lasting and for hospitalization;as well as in the levels of IgM,IgG,and IgA,observation group was respectively higher;shorter;as well as higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Conclusion Added with BBTV tablets based on routine therapy can not only shorten hospitalization time and diarrhea lasting time of pediatric patients,but improve their immuno-function,which the efficacy is significant.
