摘要
该研究对细胞生物学经典教学实验“细胞膜渗透性实验”进行重新设计。通过比较兔红细胞和盘基网柄菌细胞的“细胞膜渗透性”实验结果,配合细胞生物学“细胞质膜结构与功能”一章的教学,引导学生初步探究盘基网柄菌水孔蛋白(aquaporins,AQPs)在细胞抗低渗环境中的作用,加深理解细胞质膜中的功能蛋白对于细胞生存的重要意义。
In this study,the classical teaching experiment of Cell Biology “cell membrane permeability experiment” was redesigned.By comparing the experimental results of “membrane permeability” of rabbit erythrocyte and Dictyostelium discoideum cells,and combining with the teaching of the chapter “structure and function of cytoplasmic membrane” in Cell Biology,students were guided to preliminarily explore the role of AQPs (aquaporins) in cell anti-hypotonic environment.It could deepen the understanding of the significance of functional proteins in cytoplasmic membrane for cell survival.
