标准化视角下城市盲道设施问题研究——以广州、肇庆为例

Research on the Urban Blind Road Facilities Problem from the Standardization Perspective–Taking Guangzhou and Zhaoqing as Examples

当前,我国城市盲道设施建设情况不容乐观。本文以广州市、肇庆市为例,通过问卷调查、实地体验、人物访谈等方式,系统分析城市盲道设施在标准化建设等方面存在的主要问题,并从盲道设施的设计铺设、维护管理、完善标准体系、教育宣传等方面提出了解决对策,为政府部门有效提升城市盲道设施的建设管理水平提供重要参考。

At present,the blind road facilities in Chinese cities have not been well constructed.Taking Guangzhou city and Zhaoqing city as examples,this paper systematically analyzes the main problems of blind road facilities by conducting questionnaire,on-site experience and interviews,and provides an important reference for government departments to effectively improve the level of construction and management of urban blind road facilities,such as optimizing the design and laying,maintenance and management,standards,education and publicity.
