摘要
单轴倾角摇摆台通过控制电磁离合器的方式实现倾角摇摆功能,根据倾角实现的原理进行了数学模型的建立及简化,并对机械结构进行设计。通过对倾角误差来源的分析及定量计算,可以确保倾角精度要求的同时,实现任意位置的倾角摇摆功能。电控系统基于DSP+FPGA硬件框架系统,既满足了控制上的复杂性,又能兼顾逻辑上的时序性,从而实现转台的功能和控制。通过实际测试,转台的各项指标均满足苛刻条件下倾角摇摆的精度要求。
The single axis dip angle swing turntable realizes the dip angle swing function by controlling the electromagnetic clutch.According to the principle of the dip angle realization,the mathematical modeling is established and simplified,and the mechanical structure is designed.Through the analysis of the source of dip angle error and quantitative calculation,the function of dip swing at any position can be realized while the dip precision is required.The electronic control system is base on DSP+FPGA hardware frame system,which not only satisfies the complexity of control,but also takes into account the timing of logic,so as to realize the function and control of the turntable.Under strict actual test,the accuracy of the turntable reached the technical requirements.
