用户在线医疗社区使用意愿影响因素及其调节变量:元分析研究

A Meta-Analysis Research on Influencing Factors and Moderating Variables Of Users’Willingness to Use Online Medical Community

【目的/意义】针对用户在线医疗社区使用意愿影响因素文献中存在实证结果不一致的问题,对相关实证研究进行分析。【方法/过程】采用元分析方法对用户在线医疗社区使用意愿相关的38篇实证文献、13033个独立样本进行综合分析。【结果/结论】研究发现,共有33个因素显著影响用户在线医疗社区使用意愿,其中情感信任因素的相关程度最高,感知风险因素的相关程度最弱,并且与用户使用意愿呈负相关。同时研究识别了被试对象特征作为调节变量对用户使用意愿的影响,发现是否患病和年龄是导致不同研究存在异质性的主要原因。【创新/局限】本研究梳理了用户在线医疗社区使用意愿影响因素,部分解决了相关研究中存在结论不一致的问题,为用户在线医疗社区使用意愿的进一步研究提供了理论依据。但对变量缺少细分,后续研究将进一步细分用户在线医疗社区使用意愿。

【Purpose/significance】Aiming at the inconsistency of empirical results in the literature on the influencing factors of users’willingness to use online medical community,this paper analyzes the relevant empirical research.【Method/process】Using metaanalysis method,this paper comprehensively analyzes 38 empirical literatures and 13033 independent samples of users’willingness to use online medical community.【Result/conclusion】The paper found that a total of 33 influencing factors significantly affect users’willingness to use online medical community,among which the correlation degree of emotional trust is the highest,the perceived risk is the weakest.At the same time,the study identified the impact of the characteristics of the subjects as regulatory variables on users’use intention.【Innovation/limitation】This paper combs the influencing factors of users’willingness to use online medical community,partially solves the problem of inconsistent conclusions in relevant research,and provides a theoretical basis for further research on users’willingness to use in online medical community.However,the variables are not subdivided,and the follow-up research will further subdivide the users’willingness to use the online medical community.
