数字经济时代“新服务工人”数字劳动信息素养培育研究

The Cultivation of Digital Labor Information Literacy of"New Service Workers"in the Era of Digital Economy

【目的/意义】提高“新服务工人”数字劳动信息素养水平,不但有助于推进对新兴阶层群体信息素养培育的理论研究,而且有助于提升他们的谋生质量和发展出路,以及数字经济时代人们日常生活体验。【方法/过程】基于马克思主义“物质劳动”理论与信息素养理论,对“新服务工人”数字劳动信息素养现状及存在问题进行科学检视,进一步构建数字劳动信息素养提升的科学化指标体系,提出数字劳动信息素养提升策略。【结果/结论】结合各个科学化指标在数字劳动信息素养提升中价值的高低和相对重要程度,有针对地提出“新服务工人”数字劳动信息素养提升策略。【创新/局限】将新就业形态服务业及新兴阶层群体与信息素养培育相结合,系统分析和阐述“新服务工人”数字劳动信息素养的现状及问题,提出构建数字劳动信息素养提升科学化指标体系及策略。“新服务工人”数字劳动信息素养培育的实践转化、验证及示范研究将是未来研究方向。

【Purpose/significance】Improving the digital labor information literacy level of"new service workers"will not only help to promote the theoretical research on the cultivation of information literacy of emerging class groups,but also help to improve their living quality and people’s daily life experience in the era of digital economy.【Method/process】Based on the perspective of Marxist nonmaterial labor theory and information literacy theory,this paper scientifically examines the current situation and existing problems of"new service workers"digital labor information literacy,further constructs a scientific index system and puts forward strategies for the improvement of digital labor information literacy.【Result/conclusion】Combined with the value and relative importance of various scientific indicators in the improvement of digital labor information literacy,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of"new service workers"digital labor information literacy.【Innovation/limitation】Combine the new employment form service industry and emerging class groups with the cultivation of information literacy,systematically analyze and elaborate the current situation and problems of"new service workers"digital labor information literacy,and put forward the construction of a scientific index system and strategies for improving digital labor information literacy.Next,the practical transformation and verification of the cultivation of"new service workers"digital labor information literacy will be the research direction in the future.
