重组人脑利钠肽在重症心肌炎的应用1例

A case of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(Lrh-BNP)in treatment of serious myocarditis

摘要 1临床资料患者,男,27岁,纹身从业者,长期晚睡晚起,多于凌晨4点以后入睡,次日午后起床。因“反复胸闷乏力3天”来我院急诊科。肺部查体阴性,心率:42次/min,未闻及明显瓣膜杂音。心电图示窦性心律,完全性右束支传导阻滞、交界性异搏心律,高度房室传导阻滞,AVR、V1、V2ST段上抬,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、AVF、V4~6ST段下移(见图1)。
