Discussion on the Development of Xizang Local Archives Education

考释西藏地方档案教育发展内在机理,阐释其对多民族地区档案教育发展的启示,以期强化未来档案教育发展的民族共同体意识。以西藏地方档案教育的历史基础为引论,论及初步形成、长足发展,以及主要特质:根本法宝是党的领导,基本目标是培养合格人才,国家政策支持,在内地创办大学。针对西藏地方档案教育发展面临的困境,应更新观念、创新发展,突破其闭环与固化表征。借助数字人文技术,升级换代已有档案教育机制,为西藏社会的未来发展提供政治站位高,专业素质过硬,产学研一体化的复合型档案人才。

This paper analyzes the internal texture of the development of Xizang local archives education,and explains its enlightenment to the development of Archival Education in multi-ethnic areas,in order to strengthen the national community consciousness of the development of Archival Education in the future.Based on the historical foundation of Xizang local archives education,the paper discusses the initial formation,rapid development and main characteristics:the fundamental magic key is the wise leadership of the Party,the basic goal is to cultivate qualified talents,the support of national policies,and the establishment of universities in the mainland.In view of the difficulties faced by the development of Xizang local archives education,we should renew our ideas,innovate and develop,and break through closed loop and solidified surface features.With the help of humanistic digital technology,we will upgrade the existing archival education mechanism,and provide compound archival talents with high political position,excellent professional quality and the integration of Industry,University and Research for the future development of Xizang society.
