基于中医传承计算平台探索中药复方治疗视神经炎用药配伍规律

Exploration on Compatibility Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound in Treating Optic Neurosis Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform System

目的采用数据挖掘方法探索分析治疗视神经炎的中药复方用药思路及配伍规律。方法以“中医”“中药”“视神经炎”为主题词,检索汇总中药内服治疗视神经炎的临床研究文献,提取收集其中的中药复方组成数据,应用中医传承计算平台3.0版本对中药数据进行频次统计、药物聚类及关联规则分析,并总结出核心处方。结果共检索并筛选出目标文献96篇,包含218个治疗视神经炎的中药复方;涉及中药197味,共计频次2540次。其中,使用频率最高的中药依次为当归、茯苓、甘草、柴胡等,药物功效以养血、益气为主,中药四气分布主要在寒、温、平性,五味以苦、甘居多;归经以肝经、心经、肺经为主。结论治疗视神经炎的复方药物以疏肝健脾、益气活血为主要功效,用药及配伍以补虚类、清热类药为主,佐以利水渗湿、活血化瘀药。

Objective To explore and analyze the medication ideas and compatibility rules of Chinese herbal compound in the treatment of optic neuritis based on data mining method.Methods Taking traditional Chinese medicine and optic neuritis as the subject words, the clinical research literature of traditional Chinese medicine oral administration in the treatment of optic neuritis was retrieved and summarized. The data of traditional Chinese medicine compound composition were extracted and collected. The frequency statistics, drug clustering and association rule analysis of traditional Chinese medicine data were carried out by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform System V3.0, and the core prescriptions were summarized.Results A total of 96 articles were retrieved and screened, including 218 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for optic neuritis;197 Chinese herbs were involved,with a total frequency of 2540 times. Among them, the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine were Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Poria, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Bupleuri, etc. And the drug efficacy was mainly nourishing blood and tonifying qi. The four-qi distribution of traditional Chinese medicine was mainly cold, warm and flat, and the five flavors were bitter and sweet. Liver meridian, heart meridian and lung meridian were the main meridian. Conclusion Compound drugs for treating optic neuritis have the main effects of soothing liver and invigorating spleen, tonifying qi and activating blood circulation. The medication and compatibility are mainly deficiency-invigorating and heat-clearing drugs, accompanied by diuresis, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.
