基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗化疗后骨髓抑制研究热点的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots in Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Bone Marrow Suppression After Chemotherapy Based on CiteSpace

目的利用知识图谱可视化展示中医药治疗化疗后骨髓抑制领域的研究成果,分析其研究现状,为该领域的未来研究提供参考。方法采用文献计量学方法,以中国知识资源总库(China Knowledge Resources Database,CNKI)为检索数据源,以“中医药”“骨髓抑制”“虚劳”等为主题词,检索2000年1月1日至2020年12月31日发表的相关文章。应用CiteSpace软件进行计量学分析,绘制关系型可视化图谱。结果共纳入分析文献821篇,2000年至2020年,国内中医药治疗化疗后骨髓抑制研究数量总体呈上升趋势,其中2010年至2014年间增长最快(年平均发文量达59.8篇);核心作者总发文量224篇(27.28%),未达核心作者群发文量的50%;共形成3个紧密合作的作者机构;中医药治疗化疗后骨髓抑制领域高频关键词主要包括:骨髓抑制、中医药、临床研究、非小细胞肺癌;聚类图谱显示,所有关键词被聚类成9类:骨髓抑制、白细胞减少症、非小细胞肺癌、中医治疗、中医药、临床研究、不良反应、中医证型、环磷酰胺;共16个关键词参与突现,其中近两年研究热点包括食管癌、乳腺癌及meta分析。结论环磷酰胺诱导致骨髓抑制后免疫功能及分子机制变化、基于辨证论治的非药物疗法应用、不良反应的预防及治疗和高发肿瘤的对症治疗是我国中医药治疗化疗后骨髓抑制的研究热点,高发癌症的最优化疗方案、融合非药物治疗的多种手段综合治疗、预防治疗是其未来发展趋势。

Objective To visually display the research results using a knowledge map in the field of Chinese medicine treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy, analyze its research status, and provide references for future research in this field.Methods The method of literature dosimetry was used. CNKI was the search data source, using "Chinese medicine", "bone marrow suppression", "consumption" etc. as the subject terms, and searched from 2000-01-01 to 2020-12-31 related articles published. CiteSpace software was used for metrological analysis and we drew relational visualization atlas. Results A total of 821 articles were included in the analysis. From 2000 to 2020, the number of studies on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine showed an overall upward trend, with the fastest growth during 2010-2014(the average annual number of articles published reached 59.8articles). The total number of articles published by core authors 224 articles(27.28%), which was less than 50% of the core author group’s publication volume. A total of 3 closely cooperating author institutions had been formed;Highfrequency keywords in the field of Chinese medicine treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy mainly included: bone marrow suppression, Chinese medicine, clinical research, non-small cell lung cancer. The cluster map showed that all keywords were clustered into 9 categories: bone marrow suppression, leukopenia, non-small cell lung cancer, TCM treatment, TCM, clinical research, adverse reactions, TCM syndromes, cyclophosphamide. A total of 16 keywords participated in the emergence, of which research hotspots in the past two years included esophageal cancer, breast cancer and meta-analysis.Conclusion Cyclophosphamide-induced changes in immune function and molecular mechanism after bone marrow suppression, the application of non-drug therapy based on syndrome differentiation, the prevention and treatment of adverse reactions, and the symptomatic treatment of high-incidence tumors are the research hotspots of Chinese medicine in the treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy and high-incidence cancer. The optimal chemotherapy regimen, comprehensive treatment and preventive treatment with a variety of non-drug treatments are its future development trends.
